Are you referring to the weekly loot lockout? If so, you can see dmg's response to it here:

Ah, whoops, for some reason I read the title as Grasp of Avarice, not Dares of Eternity. My bad. Bungie's aware of the issue and they're investigating, but I don't believe they've mentioned an ETA on a fix yet.
