2 通の返信I still need to earn it. I just got the BXR, I’ve been playing so much halo that I forgot about this destiny event. I was excited as hell when I used that weapon 😂

I really wanted the Halo Assault Rifle (60 round mag, 800rpm) and the Sniper Rifle (heavy sniper rifle - armor piercing rounds (penetrate multiple enemies, no magazine, required to insert a single round directly in to the chamber)

3 通の返信Its probably going to be nerfed soon. Even though its a special weapon. Heres the problem: Yes, it is a special weapon. But special weapons in this game are held to an extent because in order to balance out the one hit kill, you must satisfy certain conditions. The sniper one hit kills BUT you have to have good accuracy, have to be at range, and have to fight against flinch. The shotgun one hit kills BUT you have to be very close. Primaries on the other hand do not one hit kill but they have more versatility. They are dueling weapons, not specific engagement type weapons. The magnum has the strength of a special weapon with the versatility of a primary, if not more because it has infinite range. It is a dueling weapon but it outduels primaries any day of the week. You effectively get a free primary gunfight win every 3 shots. In my opinion it is way better to use this, with, say, an smg for when you dont have ammo and for when you have to kill shotgunners, than to use a hand cannon and a special weapon.

8 通の返信Olórinにより編集済み: 12/8/2021 2:49:46 AMI genuinely think i got a god rolled Battle Rifle on my first roll, my favourite weapon out of any game ever since i played H2 for the first time in my teen years. -Arrowhead Brake, Ricochet Rounds, -Perpetual Motion + Kill Clip. -Stability Masterwork, due to its unique frame revolving around hip firing, i put a Freehand Grip mod on it instead of icarus of Counterbalance. The Recoil Direction is bang on 100, only thing I'd like to swap, if i could, is Kill Clip out for Rangefinder but for me this is solid. Oh and just got Gjallarhorn with its Catalyst... This update was a good nostalgia trip but im afrais that may be all there is, i guess i can start grinding out that new 6 man activity now.
