In season of the splicer Eido an Eliksni that came to the city with Miisracks Kell Of Light and in the Eliksni quarter (in the place that has the giant kells scourge robot is) it is said by Eido that ALL Eliksni are supposed to look like and be as strong as captains
This means that vandals dregs and wretches should look like and have the same strength as a captain and the reason for this is that there's not enough Ether left because (correct me if I'm wrong) spider is very "greedy" and I believe he had taken a large amount so that the elkisni could not grow but the captains that you see now are fallen that have grow before a lack of ether OR had stolen/borrowed it from spider 🤔🤔🤔🤔🙌🙌Remember that next time you chase a dreg to shoot it with your new exotic weapon maybe he'll come back stronger 😂😂

This is old lore, the reasoning has to do with the pirate like society the Eliksni (now Fallen) developed in the wake of their collapse, the Whirlwind. The Kells of the different Houses maintained control of Ether distribution and used it to control those beneath them. Perform well, you get promoted and get your Ether rations increased so you can grow. Disappoint? Your rations are slashed and you shrink. Fallen also had their lower arms docked when they were demoted to Dreg, hence why they didn’t have lower arms in D1. With the creation of House of Dusk however, docking clamps were removed and Dregs have been allowed to regrow their arms. A large part of the reason why Ether is so scarce is thanks to Guardians specifically targeting Servitors, particular Prime Servitors, as High Priority Targets. We crippled their Ether supply and the Fanatic didn’t help this by actively sacrificing Servitors to create more Dark Ether.

1 返信That's why I would offer Spider an ultimatum Help house light ,and divert all food and ether stores to them , and we protect him from the queen Or refuse ,and be left to his fate ,and we take his ether anyway

4 通の返信Did you know that Mithrax was originally a normal captain not a remnant of a unknown faction that Variks the guy who knows all lore of Fallen hasnt mentioned in years that there is rumors of a Fallen who is part of a legendary house. Bungie doesn’t like keeping things consistent and will kinda force things to happen like this season, where you know we start off helping the Queen of Lies because she says she will return osiris if we help her remove the worm that’s killing her. Im sure the queen of lies is telling the truth why wouldn’t she? Oh sure the Queen trusts her but she kinda has to when the queen of lies has her entire kingdom in her grasp.

spider is relatively new on the scene so its pointless blaming him. Remember this lore is in reference to their golden age when the traveler helped them. once the traveler abandoned them the ether began to dry up so the fallen fractured into their houses and began fighting over supplies. during this time ether became scarce so the kells in charge would ration it. better performing eliksne got more, failure would result in docking and ether reduction. Spider didnt gain power till after the events of D1 when our guardian killed the kells of the last great houses. rather than reform or crown a new kell most fallen turned to syndicates and left their houses.

1 返信Don't pin it all on Spider, in fact.....he's just fat, no bigger then a Vandel. Any Eliksni that you see standing 9-14 feet tall, consume more then they need. It's because ever sense their Worldwind, the Servitors are their only way to create Either. House Leaders Horded Either and Rationed the Rest. Which is why Archons and Kells are so massive. It's a Safety net so none can challenge them for leader ship. Now Spider uses it as Payment, yet he doesn't consume more then he needs ....he just eats alot.

1 返信Not just Spider. Most Kells were greedy and took all ether for themselves. In fact, dregs’ arms are decked so they consume less ether.

I am assuming this is why Taniks is so huge, he and others like him such as the Kells of the other Houses were there before the Whirlwind and are at the normal size, meanwhile the rest were born after and don't get enough ether to be at their normal size.

TheArtistにより編集済み: 12/2/2021 12:21:01 PMYes. Thanks. Fallen society regressed after The Whirlwind (their version of The Collapse). So---other than Mithraax and House of Light who hold to what the Eliksni used to be----they now function like a pirate society....or a wolf pack. The strong and the ruthless control things....and everyone else falls in line. Or else. So those at the top became a privileged aristocracy who took what they wanted....then used what was left to control everyone else. "All who are lost are not fallen" ----Variks.

4 通の返信It’s because of the ether rations that they get. The Fallen grew into a society where the higher your rank, the more “food” you get (ether is pretty much sustenance for the fallen). A lot of the servitors (which make the ether) have been destroyed. This is why they have to ration ether in the first place. If they shares all the ether equally (like the House of Light does), they would actually all be around the dreg/vandal size due to the limited amount of ether available.

Probably one of the reasons why Mara ordered a hit on the spider after we deal with savathun Viably also bc he Imprisoned her resurrected brother thingy cause let's face it, Mara is getting the grumps on atm lol All that time in the ascendant realm with no chocolate would do that to a person though
