Bungie enabled solo que for players to "dip thier toes" into the game mode, not for you to have an entirely seperate matchmaking que
It's very simple - want some rep? Go in solo
Expect to chain wins? Make a team.
It's not becoming permanent do stop asking, you're lucky thru even enabled solo que at all, let one give you some weeks where freelance is available

Speedyにより編集済み: 11/28/2021 8:54:54 AMFreelance would help this game mode so much! It would ensure 3 stacks go against other 3 stacks. I don’t see how this is a problem… Or, are you actually afraid of that happening? Not wanting your free wins against randoms to go away?
Freelance would help this game mode so much! It would ensure 3 stacks go against other 3 stacks. I don’t see how this is a problem
Bungie have stated the goal for freelance is for solo players to "dip thier toes" into the mode. It was NEVER intended for solo que players to think that means they are going to get thier own seperate trials playlist, or that bungie are willing to split the playerbase into 2 modes
Or, are you actually afraid of that happening? Not wanting your free wins against randoms to go away?
Please don't talk about "afraid" while literally begging for a seperate pvp mode from good players....
Can’t counterpoint someone who doesn’t have a point! ;)

Bungie have stated the goal for freelance is for solo players to "dip thier toes" into the mode.
You also never answered my question before either. What harm would it do really?
What harm would splitting a playerbase into 2 do? Was this a serious question? And again: bungie made solo que for solo players to "dip thier toes" into the mode. Nothing more, they certainly didn't do it so solo players could get greedy and start demanding a separate mode...
Still dodging it again….
You literally had your question answered but are still gonna pretend otherwise? Lmao, let me know when you have actual counters to the points I made that demolished your argument

Bungie never intended for it to be a game mode? That’s your answer? The majority of the player base won’t even play trials unless freelance is available. How is that healthy for this game mode? Solos should always have their own queues or playlists. 3 stacks should always face other 3 stacks. I wouldn’t be against 2 stacks + 1, as long as it matched the other team accordingly. However, I guess that just proves to be too difficult for Bungie to implement. You tell me how balanced that is? Because if you come back at me with simply, “Bungie never intended it to be this way”, then don’t even bother.
Bungie never intended for it to be a game mode? That’s your answer?
Solo que was created in BUNGIES OWN WORDS for solo players to try the mode. That's it. Solo players are lucky to even have solo que, let alone some weeks with freelance. You think you're entitled to a permanent playliat split? Don't make me laugh
The majority of the player base won’t even play trials unless freelance is available.
This is so untrue it's hilarious
How is that healthy for this game mode? You want rep or to try the mode? Go in solo. You want to chain wins? Find or make a team. Don't expect bungie to divide its playerbase because you think you're entitled to not only solo que and not only some freelance weeks but full time freelance

Speedyにより編集済み: 11/28/2021 10:50:14 PMAnd you continue to respond with the same bullshit. Why am I not surprised? You’re clearly too arrogant to understand the point of view of other players. The numbers don’t lie bro. Freelance was successful and was probably the most enjoyable. Oh, but shame on the player base for wanting a fun take on some of the most frustrating bullshit in this game. The fact of the matter is, you’re scared of it becoming permanent, because you will lose your easy wins against a team of solo players. You can’t really tell me otherwise at this point, because you know that’s unbalanced. That’s why you keep neglecting to cover that. If you don’t want anyone to have any actual fun enjoying the entirety of D2, then really shame on you….
And you continue to respond with the same bullshit. Why am I not surprised?
You call it bullshit because you aren't good enough to find a team, this is endgame pvp, you can either make a team and try for flawless or you can go in solo and gain some rep. You're totally delusional if you think bungies going to change the goals they wanted for the mode to make it easier for you.
You’re clearly too arrogant to understand the point of view of other players. The numbers don’t lie bro. Freelance was successful and was probably the most enjoyable.
You're clearly to casual to understand bungies goal with endgame pvp and solo que. The numbers don't lie - freelance week had the lowest flawless rate % wise of ANY WEEK EVER.
Oh, but shame on the player base for wanting a fun take on some of the most frustrating bullshit in this game.
Shame on the solo que players who rather then be grateful they can try the mode are acting more and more entitled to the point that they think they'll be getting thier own permanent mode. You're a GUEST in trials, nothing more.
The fact of the matter is, you’re scared of it becoming permanent, because you will lose your easy wins against a team of solo players. You can’t really tell me otherwise at this point, because you know that’s unbalanced. That’s why you keep neglecting to cover that.
Bungie are not splitting the llayerbase nor should they to cater to entitled players, in fact if I was bungie I'd remove solo que again since thier FAVOR has only recieved more and more entitled crying. There's also nothing unbalanced about solos matching a team, you both have 3 players and the option to communicate is there for all, not to mention you CHOSE to enter trials - where you have a chance at matching teams. If your goal was win chaining games you need to find or make a team, if you're simply trying the mode as bungie intended for solo players to do then enter solo and gain some rep, you can hardly expect to go flawless though
If you don’t want anyone to have any actual fun enjoying the entirety of D2, then really shame on you….
This is endgame, sorry some of us want it to actually be a challenge, I'm sure you also want raid bosses to jump off the map for you too? Face facts you aren't good enough to go flawless and want to blame it all on matchmaking and teams rather then trying to up your own game.

Speedyにより編集済み: 11/28/2021 11:51:43 PMYou can knock off your elitist attitude now. You’re only making yourself look pathetic at this point. But if or when freelance becomes a thing, try not to cry too hard, okay? Also, I don’t really care if I go flawless or not. The adept weapons to me aren’t really worth it anyway. I’ll take my pally over anything trials has to offer. I just understand the frustrations of other players. (Side note, you wanna judge other people on their skill? I see your shatterdive hunter you got there!) xP

You're only making yourself look like a participation trophy wanter.
But if or when freelance becomes a thing, try not to cry too hard, okay?
When it remains a mode that occurs infrequently make sure you keep crying here, absolutely pathetic.
Don't waste your time with hawntur man he never gives valid reasons nor answers real questions just prattles on about the same b.s.
He provided a very direct and critical answer. Bungie did in fact claim that freelance was never meant to be permanent. There is little reason to have 2 separate playlists in end-game content- it’s supposed to be competitive.
-
The belief that having a side for just solos to match other solos and it some how means it's less competitive is an asinine thought. It's still just as competitive only difference is your matching players who are also playing solo. The only way trials could be made less competitive is if it cbmm.
Don't waste your time with hawntur man he never gives valid reasons nor answers real questions just prattles on about the same b.s.
LMAO this coming from the guy who continously repeats the same garbage points false regarding sbmm even when they get refuted and exposed as lies. Irony
