The only thing wrong with crossplay is that it appears that many xbox players are using no recoil and enhanced aim assist. Not sure how, but I have seem it a lot.

I've seen the funny business WAY more often from xbox players. Point is, crossplay is ok, but cheaters ruin the game and make it not worth playing sometimes.
