Get a refund email does not tell me what was refunded just one or more of my items on a recent order and that I’ll get a refund in 3-5 business days. 13 business days later I get refund for entire collectors edition cause they over sold it?!?!? Now I look and it says I still have the preorder of game? So not even sure what version I got or if I am going to have buy dungeons or seasons or what the hell. Pay to play friggin confusion is how people buy the friggin game multiple times. Way to make money Bungie. Also when you reply to the friggin email to ask what was refunded they say this is not the right email, give you another email who in turns and sends you someplace else. Dazed and confused not happy customer service score 0. Went to order page to see refund page and it says they are syncing information so not everything is updated?!?!?!? Will buy my -blam!- from so place else would be nice to at least get a little lube when I am getting screwed over.
