the destiny show needs good humor
if we really are getting a destiny show it needs some of the random humor that happens alot when we play with friends, like if a hunter tried to blink and gets stuck in a tree or a titan tries to blade barrage, but ends up throwing hammers instead of knives cuz knives are too flimsy.

I just hope they don't just have each episode something like having them run thru a strike from the game Maybe doing something specifically from the game every once in awhile for nostalgia would be OK but I hope they create their own strikes for each episode. Or follow a foreteam during the events of a specific dlc or season, kinda like showing the background work [spoiler]also having a guardian who can channel all of each classes powers pop in everyone once in awhile to represent the player that would be cool[/spoiler]

You'll be in season 7 but the content you're watching will be 7 years old from season 1. You'll see mountains but for some reason characters in the show can't get to them. Don't be surprised when bad guys in the show don't die. The guns sometimes could kill and the next episode, they can't because nerfed. Then they'll charge you extra if you want to see the Gjallarhorn in action. Telesto will always disrupt programming of the show. Stasis will be so OP there will be an episode where hunters are just spamming that stasis dive everytime someone shows up. Everytime there is a new season, or a new show, they'll let you grind and watch the old shows over and over before you get access to the new ones. Make sure you watch all of them, because when the new season starts, the old season will be vaulted into the DCV. You have to wait 7 years, then they'll recycle those year 1 shows again. The characters in the show are wearing the same outfit all the time. But Tess and the Eververse store is also there in the show, you can pay extra if you want characters to change outfit. Because of legal issues with Star Wars, sparrows will have wheels. They would look like hamster wheels that go nowhere. Sometimes, there will be episodes of guardians in the crucible. Oh it's messy. Lag all over, rubber banding, cheaters, all that stuff, and of course stasis dominating freezing everything in sight. It's a messy episode. There's more. And everytime a new season arrives, there will be an outage and you'll see a blank screen for hours. Just like in the olden days where you see a stand-by screen in your picture tube.

I’d rather not have humour be a big part of the show. Destiny is a rather grim universe. Having the show throwing out jokes non-stop would just make it seem really out of place. It can have humour, but I feel like it would be best to have it in small, but good doses. That way they would have more impact and be much more memorable.

4 通の返信I think it needs to go into a horror genre. Be pretty cringe if it was filled with cheesy one liners and random dancing with references to doing bounties endlessly. If there was an actual scene with Eris and her team going to face Crota, that would be dope.

I think it should be separated from the main story with our character being a rumor at most, assuming it even takes place in the same time period. That way, we can still think of our own game characters as the “real” one. It shouldn’t be about Shin. I know it’s the first character most people think of when you ask them who it should be about but I honestly believe he’s better off without a face. He’s much more mysterious that way. If I had to pick 1 main subject of the show, it’d have to be Twighlight Gap since it’s the source of so much that’s happening today. Honestly though, I think it should be multiple stories. Eris’s fireteam, Twighlight Gap, the Books of Sorrow, it should all be there, especially the small stuff like Eva’s adventures during the Red War. I also think it should try to be as true to gameplay as it can. Obviously not buying dance moves from a store but include stuff like engrams and bounties.

2 通の返信There’s nothing wrong with a bit of humor, provided you execute it right. However, no one wants it to be excessively quippy either. Given the subject matter, too much humor, or a misplaced joke could completely undercut the whole entire tone of the whole entire story. A great example of how humor could go drastically wrong would be Cayde-6. In Vanilla Destiny, he was one of the most interesting NPC’s because he felt like a genuine character, because he had a personality. The Taken King made him significantly more quippy, maybe even a little bit to quippy, but for the most part, no one complained, and Cayde-6 became the most beloved NPC in the game. And then Destiny 2 happened, and the general consensus was that Bungie had crossed a line, that the character had become a joke, and that his actions and his behaviour no longer matched the tone of the overall game, or it’s narrative.

2 通の返信I just hope it starts pre traveler and builds up the world before getting to the guardian age ,I know people want to see guardians with guns and powers blazing ,but it won't mean anything to people who don't know Destiny has a story And it should be mostly serious, there should be moments where guardians celebrate a victory with some bravado, but nothing that makes them look incompetent

2 通の返信Nothing forced and not too often. Only things that really work in the moment. The best thing they could probably do for spontaneity would be a warlock jump -blam!- up at the wrong time lol Otherwise, I'd rather have a dark, gritty, and more serious show

1 返信I kinda agree, but I would like to get a dark gritty Destiny live adaptation. Dark, gritty, creepy, mysterious is what I really want. I guess you could have some humor in it, but if overdone it can ruin it for me.
