And yes some of my weapons are higher got those on my hunter and titan they are getting drops higher than the light level but my warlock isnt

Pinnacle drops 1-2 higher than your base power depending on the pinnacle activity completed. If you want to get higher, you need to do more pinnacle gear activities.
