You could've said 0.5% and it wouldnt matter. Its just hilarious how players like you have gotten into the habit of demanding the game to be tailored to you. A game built around loot and random drops. That's like playing Diablo and getting mad that a certain gear type drops too frequently and demanding a change so farming is easier. Why can't you just play the game and instead of whining for loot to be the way YOU want it to?
