5 weeks ago I deleted my exotic cipher quest on accident thinking it was the trial passage. Ever since that happen, xur doesn't sell the quest for me. I don't have it on other characters nor do I own one already. I submitted a ticket but they said "Your help request is invalid and will not be investigated as it concerns an issue that is off-topic to the contact form used to submit the help request." but they didn't send me a link to the correct place to do it so I'm back where I started. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue or know the right place to send a ticket? Thank you for the help.
