i feel like bungie should unsunset pinacles the ammount of time and effort most of us put into those guns was incredibly difficult and very lengthy. (personal opinion)

I could use my Broadsword/Python combo, it was nice in PVP but even better in PVE, especially with 10 rounds in Python with the Overflow perk. That build was what I used in Season of Arrivals where I had earned both of those.

1 返信if they unsunseted they would need to rework them into exotics imagine turning mountaintop into a solar version of witherhord and if you stand in the solar well it grants healing lunas howl back to being a 180 that can 3 tap and not forgotten into a 120 recluse turned into a stasis focused weapon just make them exotic and interesting

1 返信I’m not sure about the pinnacles but definitely the black armory guns and specific destination weapons.

15 通の返信Pinacles...no They were all problematic weapons Rituals weapon in the other hand I don't understand why some got hit...(same for the crimson bow)

6 通の返信Never gonna happen. This community hates anything it cant out shotgun so anything that takes actual skill is deemed OP to them and must be nerfed until only shotguns can be used, especially in PvP. They cant ape they get mad. Pretty much all pinnacles have easy balances, bungies just to lazy to do it and this community has PTSD from a time when they couldnt ape and get free kills

This might be the single worst opinion I’ve ever heard when it comes to Destiny. Weapons like Mountaintop, Recluse, Not Forgotten, and 21% Delirium ruined the game via power creep. In other words, there is no other reason to use any LMG other than 21% and no other reason to use any other SMG rather than Recluse. Bringing those weapons back in their current state would create one of two problems. First, like I already mentioned, power creep. It would essentially take the “loot” out of “looter shooter”. Second, Bungie would have to nerf them into the ground and make them useless, meaning there isn’t really any reason to bring them back in the first place.

2 通の返信Some. Revoker, Recluse, and Mountaintop (this one in particular hurts me to say) all deserve to never be usable again. They were straight up broken, some for prolonged periods of time.

29 通の返信If its not called luna's howl, not forgotten, mountaintop, recluse or revoke then maybe they could be reissued.

5 通の返信defitely not. Do some pinnacles deserve to come back? Sure, Hush, Breakneck, some others they were fun and they didn't break anything. But Revoker, Mountaintop, Recluse? Those should not come back.

6 通の返信Sunsetting was an eye opener for me. That's why I don't play this anymore. I realised the game is not about loot. It's about throwing money at the loot. They dangle you a carrot that you need to pay first before you grind for it. After getting it, you would think that was your reward. False, it's not your reward. It's BAIT! It will be taken away from you in some form, then they'll dangle another carrot that you need to throw your money at before getting it again. Then rinse and repeat again. Over and over again. That's the cycle. You think the loot is your reward? Wrong. Your money is the reward. That's the real loot. You throw it at the screen over and over again. Not my cup of tea. I broke out of that cycle. That's why I don't play anymore. Sunsetting is an eye opener. State of the game.

39 通の返信Sunsetting existed specifically for those weapons. How do people still not understand that? They were op.

Sweet Lew 88により編集済み: 11/8/2021 8:44:09 PMI had my Luna's for 15 months before the nerf. Mountain top for about a year. I think that's plenty of time. I'm fine with moving on. You can still use them in strikes or regular PvP. Sunsetting was basically for the pinnacles, they probably aren't coming back.
