First, thank you for providing me proof as to why stasis is not on the hard light. However, since I can read and comprehend, The reason given is that they didn’t want to overpopulate the energy weapon slot. Therefore it may show up on energy weapons in the future. Appreciate it. You had the answer I was looking for after all.
