Nerf chaperone
There is no reason for it to require no skill while still being by far the most overpowered gun in crucible. It removes the one main counter to shotguns that is range. It feels unfair to use because 90% of the kills were impossible to do anything about for the enemy but to hope for a miss.
EDIT: Wow the degenerate community of this game, i like slug shotguns just not chaperone because it has way too much range and way too much aim assist, im not mad about regular shotguns being nerfed bcs i never used them and last the fact that some losers think im saying this because of some youtuber is crazy.
Now stop being some -blam!- destiny fanboy who bends over for bungie every time someone disagrees with them.

I hate being aped. Who doesn't? But the only nerf I'm going for are the cheats who get 100% Headshot accuracy with Chappy in Competitive PvP. Negate the vermin and leave the Exotic where it is imho. PS : I'm an AR user looking for balance PPS : Can the lag be reduced please....I can't register hits reliably on Chappies lately....

2 通の返信I only complain about Chaperone when I'm not using Chaperone. I get what your saying, but that shotgun in than hands of most players is a wet noodle...it does take SOME skill to use it effectively. Body shots only tickle most guardians in Crucible and it is not very forgiving. That being said, the easiest way to a avoid it is to use cover more effectively and don't charge lanes. Good luck Q.

Did any YouTube or streamers recently make a video calling out Chaperone? Everytime there is a sudden influx of people calling for nerfs, it’s always after their favorite content creators said the same thing and they are just blindly echoing whatever their heard. The gun has been around for years and never had as much crying on these forums than it has these past couple days.

Look at use% against kill%. It's way too high. It has too muh aim assist and too much range, especially compared to others of its kind. It also has very few counters within its range. Everything says it's broken. I'm thinking it's probably broken. So yes, nerf chappy.
