Not getting Uzume after 12 GM runs sounds like bad luck more than anything. Doing the math, it's a little less than a 1/400 chance (which isn't as small as you'd think considering player numbers).

Ill forward that good luck to my buddy. I dont need one, I got a 6/5 roll, but my dude here even since posting this question still hasnt had even one drop. Its actually pretty incredible if you think about. If it really isnt bugged, this man is 0 for 17.
