I only really have access to Spare Rations, Bygones, Trust and Mindbender's Ambition. Here's a small clip of what I see: https://streamable.com/7o4gr5 It is better than your original video, though. Based off your video the muzzle flash is still bad as before. There used to be very little muzzle flash, never reach reticle. They did mention in patch notes for fix for some weapons, not all. They ignored sunsets weapons. Here's a clip from bygones 3 years ago. It's muzzle flash is small and doesn't reach the reticle ever.
