Dude i bought something off the store, the confirmation stuff said shipping September, now October/November and I've had to email them asking 'where's my stuff'. Got a stock auto reply and then when I contacted them EIGHT days later they reply telling me shipping could be Dec/Jan.
Utter farce. Another life lesson learned I guess.

If this is about D1 or D2 then you should know there is no customer service site.
There is the #Help forum page if something is wrong or the appeal form if you think you have been wrongly banned in which case Bungie only contacts you at their discretion.
If this is the case then state your problem here.
If this is about the Bungie merchandise store then you need to contact them as these forums have nothing to do with them.
