it sounds like the same as my problem, receiving a "Destiny 2 servers are unavailable". Been getting this since last night with the decreasing stability past 2 days. Can't get to the character screen. tried all solutions with no success.

Please try verifying your game cache. 1. Restart your computer and launch Steam 2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. 3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button. 4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

Please try cold booting your network. Unplug your modem and router and leave them unplugged for several minutes. Plug your modem back in and let it fully boot up, then plug your router back in and let it fully boot up. Then, try again.

Something is blocking your connection to the Destiny 2 servers. I would test this further by connecting your PC to a different internet source, such as a hotspot. If it allows you to connect, then your internet connection is being blocked or throttled by your ISP. You would need to contact them further for more assistance. If it does not work, then something on your system has changed and is preventing it from connecting. Please check your firewall software to make sure it has an exception entered in for Destiny 2.
