Can’t buy chipers from xur
I purchased an exotic cipher from Missouri four weeks ago the quest did not show up and it will not let me purchase another cipher I have now missed out on five Cyphers I have put in multiple tickets and have not gotten any help.

1 返信The reason why you can’t buy ciphers from Xur is because you already have the quests for one of your characters. Please carefully check all your characters and make sure they don’t have the quest

3 通の返信Hi there. If Xur does not have the quest for you and you don't have it in either of your character's Quests, that means you've abandoned the quest with both characters. It does not go to the Quests Archive as an abandoned quest, so you will need to pick it up with a third character and complete it. You will then be able to pick it up with any of your characters the following week.

3 通の返信You can only have one at time. Please check ALL your characters and vault for a cypher. Please check your abandoned quest terminal if for the The Question quest.
