Try clearing out your cache [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]Console[/url] / [url=https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638]PC[/url], during this time reset your router/modem and see if that fixes things as this has fixed the issue for most players.

This is not a fix for the problem, and it does not fix the problem mid game when the problem appears, so this is infact a useless suggestion. Please consentrate you efforts on rooth causing the error and fix the sw issue thanks.
