Cross Save
Hi,
New to pc... came from ps4 with cross save enabled for my steam account.. now heres the problem... My steam account is saying i have no characters when opening up destiny on pc. how do i get my ps4 characters on my account even though they should be there since cross save is active? thanks in advance.

Our records indicate that you may be encountering this issue because your intended Steam account for Cross Save does not match the Steam account currently linked to your Bungie.net profile. To start troubleshooting this, we need to check that the Steam account you're logging into Destiny 2 with has the same ID number as the one listed on your Bungie account. Please open the Steam app. In the top-right, click your name, and press "Account Details." If it's not Steam ID 76561198394979830 then you're logging into the wrong Steam ID and will need to log into 76561198394979830 to play Destiny 2.

You appear to have Cross Save enabled correctly with your PlayStation characters set as the active account, so the next thing to check is that you're signing into the same account that you actually linked to Cross Save.
