Excuse them for wanting you to farm it the way they intended. This community is acting like it’s back breaking to take 2-3 minutes extra on a strike, gambit, crucible, or haunted sectors.
You literally have people in this forum commenting that “wrathborns are at least something different and unique”. Yet I’d bet those same people complained about how lazy Bungie was in creating wrathborn hunts for its own season.
It’s candy and pages they’re not hard to grind and it’s not stingy. To those that say “oh I only have an hour every couple days to grind” well if you actually grind for that hour you’ll progress a good ways through the event.

If that was the case, then why launch it as it was? If this was a bug, then they should have tested more. If not, then we have to ask why they initially launched the event the way it was then take it away? @bungo It's going to be a long season if they are only going to focusing on making it fun for streamers and not everyone. Makes me a little worried about Witch Queen.

Matchmaking and travelling to the place take like 50% of that, most of the time.
