So you thought 140s were strong now? Wait until vex gets nerfed. Can you please buff autos and rapid fire pulses to complete with the new post nerf vex nerf? You all make no sense. Any time there is something that can counter a hc, you nerf the crap out of it. Oh and some of us just got the freaking thing(60+ clears) some have not gotten it yet and have more clears. How about you stop giving it to new and returning players first before you reward the dedicated players.

Darkest Before is so cracked it’s not even funny. That gun c*aps on Vex now, let alone post nerf. The gun feels unbeatable in your hands

A_moにより編集済み: 10/16/2021 2:19:25 PMThere are plenty of things that can counter hand cannons and the fact that hand cannons are always viable is no defense of 100 aim assist and automatic headshots. I had a person accidentally slip down off of a ledge with vex yesterday and kill me and my teammate with the linear as they were falling when they probably shouldn't have been able to hit those shots. Can probably count on one hand how many times someone has missed with the linear. It can come down and still be quite good just like when they first nerfed LH/NF.

Mad because bad AND unlucky. First time I've seen this. Weapon wise Crucible is the most balanced it's been in quite a while. Most things can compete in the right hands. Just learn what works for you and better yourself instead of whining on the forums.

Wesにより編集済み: 10/16/2021 5:10:43 AMWell, Messenger has outperformed Ace of Spades and every other hand can on one-to-one every weekend in Trials since the revamp. I don't think 140s are an issue. I think the lack of options for good high impact and rapid fire pulses are the issue. One good legendary high impact: Messenger. (No time isn't bad, but you won't get the use of its perk as often as you will the perks that roll on Messenger). One good rapid fire: Darkest Before (Time Worn is okay and Jurrassic isn't good). Meanwhile we have Ace, Palindrome, Fatebringer, Thorn, The Last Word, etc. that are all very competitive options.

But Then the buffed hand cannon range and nerfed 600 damage at the same time, essentially giving 140 hand cannons a double buff (and 120’s got totally out of hand). They would have been in a good place after the 600 nerf. Hand cannons need a slight range nerf (to 28-30m max like a 1.6 zoom auto) or have their scope zoom increased and/or and accuracy/aim assist nerf so that shooting someone in the -blam!- doesn’t count as a head shot. A 1.4 zoom pistol has no business spamming “headshots” (from the air even???!!!) at 34-37m. The scope dot is bigger then the target!!! They should be 1.7 zoom like a pulse if they are operating in pulse range. That would at least give them a close range downside.

340 pulses and smgs like multimach and Tarrabah not only compete with 140s but they strait up hard counter them at intended range because of the stark difference in TTK. A hand cannon can’t peak shot you 3 times if it only takes 2 bursts to the head at a comfortable range from your pulse and you can close the distance using cover to then hose down a HC user with a 900 or 750 Smg since it’s base ttk is higher than their optimal. The funny thing about destiny is that a lot of people just gravitate towards hand cannons because they either think it’s the best weapon choice or because they think it will grant them respect from others for using one but they are far from the best weapon type in the game. It all comes down to individual play style and build.

9 通の返信Probably the only nerf I could get behind with the Vex is removing infinite ammo. Make it use special bricks. I really hope they leave the stability and damage alone for PvE. The multiple nerfs are the reason I deleted the weapon in D1.

17 通の返信LoL if you get 3 tapped by a .87 ttk HC You deserve to die. 720 autos has the same ttk as Vex at.77 As does Tommy’s Matchbook .77 Sweet Business has a .60 spun up High Impact Pulses have a .67 ttk 600 autos have a faster ttk of .80 Rapid Fire Pulses are at .80 as well All of those listed have a faster ttk than ANY 140 HC. Many of which are being used in Trials. Rapid fires and High Impacts and Vex But Freak, HC users can peak shoot! LoL that’s the user using the weapon effectively. Stop playing into the strength of that weapon. Play to the strength of your own. It isn’t rocket science.
