i feel like it isnt much to ask and easy to do, you already count the damage and show us when we wipe, can we just have that screen come up when we clear the encounter too? like when the chest spawns or something...

1 返信I for one would love it. However I think it should only show your own dps and noone elses to avoid any issues that could potentially ensue. Afterall D2 has quite a few toxic players in the community, just look at the people demanding 100+ clears of a raid after only 1 or 2 weeks.

9 通の返信Because people focus too much on DPS but not on strategy. Can't tell you the times that our top DPS player screws up by getting contained by Atheon or can't drop an orb at Taniks 2nd encounter. I would love a DPS screen, but it will only serve to make the toxic environment in D2 get worse. People screw up but then say "But look at my DPS!". DPS is a small part of the game. I'd rather 2 phase a boss the first try than wipe 20 to do it in 1 phase.

27 通の返信You realize that would get so many people booted from raids or dungeons. Elitism is already a thing what makes you think it wouldn't be taken to the extreme? Its fine how it is.

This would be nice in day dungeons but raids and such they just need to have that stat in the game history so you can look at it if you want. I understand sort of logistically why they don’t have it just pop up, it would be annoying when people are trying to run toward the loot drops to see what they got, and there’s no timer to kick you to orbit like there used to be so you never get put in a screen similar to strikes or crucible with post game stats.

10 通の返信There is a reason for this. They intentionally didn’t put the previous result page in raid encounters after a victory to stop people attacking other players for getting carried etc.

That makes no sense in a game where lets say a titan plays furiosa. He gives dmg and can not do dmg during that duration. A warlock with geomags has a long super but a celestial nighthawk is instant and can use other weapons to boost dmg done. A top tree tether hunter can not have more dmg done than a nova bomb lock or a falling star titan. That said. They need to add than how many dmg you have mitigated for the team and dmg given per buff or debuff for the team. How many you have healed the team or goven overshields. Dmg done is just a stat for dmg subclasses or gurdians with a dmg loadout. A support warlock with lumina will boost said dmg members but have less dmg while using the exotic slot on lumina and not on 1k or sleeper or any other top tier dps exotics.

We've been asking for this since D1. Bungle can't even do it for Raids, so I seriously doubt they will even bother to do it for other encounters. And they still maintain the fiction they are "listening". Clearly the only thing they are listening to is our Wallets closing..
