So recently I obtained the bad juju through monument (I was told it is the only way to get it now), and I feel like it is underwhelming due to no rng rolls. I keep string of curses active as long as I can kill but it falls off in harder content. Is there a way to obtain things from monument with random rolls or am I forever out of luck?
