Try uninstalling the game and DLC's. Then hard reset the console by powering down, unplugging it. Make sure to hold the power button for about 15 seconds with it unplugged. Leave it unplugged for about 5 mins, then plug one and power it up. Reinstall the game and DLC's. If you still have issues, sign out of your account, then sign back in. Aside from these, I got nothing.
