What's the deal with Scatter Grenade. The grenade has been bad since I can't even imagine when it was being good. Using the nothing Manacles exotic or without. The grenade doesnt even track Using top three to (charge the grenade) you won't even see the difference when it comes to the effects other than throwing out a Scatter grenade. Take example on Axion bolt Charged: tracks the opponent faster does more damage. Uncharged throw: less tracking speed base damage.
