Thanks for replying. Yes, I purchased the ore-order with the same account I play on. So, to recap, I purchased the Witch Queen Deluxe Digital + 30th Anniversary Park via the PSN store. I checked in-game and no pre-order bonuses. I waited a few days and still nothing.
I saw the tweet from the Bungie Help account, but it only pertains to those that purchase the same edition on e Bungie store.
I have my Sony PSN receipt, but nothing else from the PSN store.
Also, in the game director, it doesn't update showing I purchased the pre-order. It just says "Get It Now". So, if you can investigate the disconnect and get me my pre-order bonuses, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

When you say in the Director, are you talking about the Timeline? If you open Timeline in the Director it will show everything you've ever owned in D2, including Witch Queen. Hi there. I restored my licenses and still no pre-order bonuses and no update in-game showing I purchased the Witch Queen Deluxe and the 30th Anniversary Pack. I have my receipt from PSN that confirms my purchase. Is there something me disconnect on Sony's end where I won't get my digital codes for the pre-order bonuses?

Go into your PSN Wallet and verify the pre-order shows as completed and there are no following entries i the Wallet showing the order was cancelled. Also, go to the PSN Store and pull up the page for the pre-order does it show as already owned or does it give you the option to buy it? If it gives you the option to purchase it then the problem is between your PSN account and the PSN License servers. In that instance the only support that can help you is Playstation support. Bungie has no ability to grant or revoke game licenses on the Playstation platform. So if your PSN acccount isn't picking up a license then the issue is with Playstation's license servers. That or your order didn't actually go through or was cancelled which is why I've asked you to check your Wallet.

PSN Wallet shows I purchased it. Also, bungie finally addressed this issue and says it's a bug of some sort. Do you work for Bungie? I ask because you don't seem up-to-date. Apparently, XBox users are experiencing a similar issue.

No Mentors or Ninjas work for Bungie. We are just regular players like you. And where are you seeing that Bungie addressed this issue? I normally stay up on their Twitter Help account as well as the Known Issues thread here and I've not come accross anything mentioning license issues on Playstation.

The timeline still says per-order now and I'm not the only one having this issue when purchasing through the PSN store. This is a disconnect between Bungie and Sony systems. Anyways, how do I restore my license on PSN?

You can follow the instructions in [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]this help article[/url] on restoring content licenses on Playstation. If it still doesn't show up then I'd suggest opening up your Playstation Wallet and finding the purchase and make sure it shows as completed and make sure there are no subsequent transactions that would indicate cancellation of the order.
