Falling Star Not Becoming World Drop
So I've had the Cuirass of A Falling Star exotic since it came out and once you get it, it becomes a world drop. I've never seen a Cuirass since I got it in the lost sector. I don't know if it's genuinely bugged as a world drop or my RNG is terrible with its drops.
