Why Nerf shards even more
Seriously bungie wtf? The one place where shards were fun (mayhem) and you ruin them. Im lucky now if i even get a speck of super refunded. Sure i get it insant supers was a little annoying, but come on to nerf them that badly i mean tone it down a bit.

It's because of how it works now. It used to drastically speed up your recharge rate by a % for a certain amount of time. When this % combined with the % added to the recharge rate in Mayhem, it made for instant supers. Now think of it as giving a flat chunk. So it doesn't stack percentages anymore
