If you didn't know, there is a new perk called Adiago. It decreases rate if fire and increases damage after a kill. This basically makes your 140HC into the worst 120HC, but without the range. This isn't a gain, this essentially just turns the weapon into an archetype it wasn't meant to be. Not only is it jarring to have your rate of fire lowered on the fly, but it literally increases your TTK as well. Edit: I'm sure this perk is fine on special weapons, but for 140's specifically, I don't see the value at all.
