I couldn't find any other posts mentioning it so I wanted to post this here. Sometimes when I try to leave an activity by going to Orbit even if the activity is already completed (in the statistics screen) the game just completely freezes and I need to restart the game to fix it. It seems like it happens more often if I try to do something instantly after the screen would fade to black (like opening the director or the equipment screen). It only happened for me in gambit and strike Playlists so I think it might be connected to Playlist. It might also be connected to my console (Xbox series S)
