Some how someone who barely plays the game (trust me I know them irl) gets vex mythoclast on their -blam!- 4th clear but after my 33rd looted clear still no vex mythoclast. What the hell is this bullshit? I can't believe that there's no bad luck protection for this weapon, it makes no -blam!- sense at all
Edit: to all the people who are saying the pointless, usual, toxic "stop crying" "you just want everything handed to you" and "git good" comments the back button is at the top left corner, I've been on the forums long enough to expect these things so save your words for someone else. Also good luck to all the others who are still trying to get vex

BSGameにより編集済み: 12/29/2021 2:24:58 AMI feel the same way. Everyone I play with besides me and one other person (which quit already) got Vex. This includes people who barely play and people who only have 1 character. I am at 45 clears: 4 months so far doing that redundant raid with 3 characters each week. No Vex. For the past 3 weeks, I have stopped playing entirely, with the exception of getting on to do 3 quick Atheon checkpoints. Barely touched the DLC and did not do any of the Christmas Event. If I haven't got Vex on my 50th run, I am quitting for good. I've been enjoying playing other games without the overwhelming pressure of content-control and waiting factors implemented in my gameplay. I'm not going to support a game that's going to force me to wait around for 6+ months - more than half a year - to get 1 raid exotic weapon without any way of even grinding for it. It sucks to complete 3 Atheon CPs in an hour on Tuesday reset and think: "well that's it, now I have to wait 7 more days to try to get it again." That is not grinding, that is waiting. Bungie creators have an alarmingly huge obsession and infatuation for anti-grinding (e.g. strict limitations of content you can do daily/weekly, seasonal level "effectiveness" capped at 1351 this season, and absurdly low held-item caps and storage restrictions). The most I've seen in any game I've ever played. So why do they implement something that requires grinding, but they severely handicap a person to grind for it? NOTE: If you're going to make your game anti-grind, make the exotic weapon a quest item or something. Especially when it has no alternate. It is a one-of-a-kind, infinite ammo, primary, solar linear fusion rifle, which is amazing for end-game PVE and PVP - especially for this season's buff. There has been no other release of a infinite ammo linear this season to mitigate such the demand for it... ~4-5+ months trying to get 1 Vex Mythoclast to drop is absolute ludicrous. By then, new content has/will come out, and I won't even have a chance to enjoy the weapon like everyone else has this season. Then I'll be "waiting" around again for another 6 months for the next raid weapon to drop with my crappy 3 chances per week at a dastardly low drop rate. --- Yeah, no thanks. You either get lucky, or you wait months to get things in this game. I'm over it.

I’ll start off with saying I’ve not done VoG in D2, not have a desire to atm. But I’ve played many MMOs in my time with almost impossible drop chances (like .01%). Sometimes a raid or a dungeon needs a chase for you. Needs that Unicorn to chase to keep you doing that activity to get what you want. That being said, the drop rate being such where a lot of people can get it while you can’t can be infuriating. If t were a much rarer drop rate where maybe 2% of those who have it currently would still have it from RNG, would you feel as robbed or motivated to keep chasing? Anyways, an MMO, looter shooter, movement based whatever else this game is called game, needs chases to go for. It keeps whatever this games genre is going. It really does suck though when you see people get multiples of an exotic when you’ve not seen one yet. Anyways, best of luck and may RNJesus be on your side! ✌🏻

GodScoperにより編集済み: 9/1/2021 11:02:15 PMsame im at 48 loot drops and no vex. dont feel bad took me 59 for eyes and 60 for ANARCHY. 1k got somewhat lucky with 39 clears. destiny 1 took me 89 runs get vex so around 60 get it, but by the time I get it nerfed in PvE I'm more pissed that vog seal tied to vex. exotic guns should never be tied to seals.

12 通の返信I have 70 clears, 7 master clears and no F***ing Vex. The idiots make it overpowered af in crucible and lock it behind the "-blam!- you" wall. If you have done the raid every week since it came out on all three character and the season ends while you still don't have it SOMETHING IS WRONG ALL YOU STUPID BUNGLE PEOPLE. FIX YOUR -blam!-

2 通の返信It is like Bungie have an algorithm to entice you to stick around if you barely play. I took a break halfway through splicer season. Come back to this one. Do a legendary lost sector and get 3 arms exotics in 3 runs.

23 通の返信Here's my issue with Vex and random raid exotic drops on the whole, it's lazy design. It allows Bungie to circumvent making engaging content that ties into the endgame by allowing some random series of numbers to decide who gets what and when. We could have had a cool quest where we travel through time to reclaim the Mythoclast, since we had it in the last game, but nope, no dice. We could have used it in a quest to save Preydeth, but nope, no deal. It was easier to make it a random drop at the end of the raid just like last time because nostalgia, which completely ignores the fact that nobody liked it there either. It wouldn't even be hard to make it work. Have us kill Oracles in the Vault, and after 7 a Vex Gate opens and instead of fighting Atheon we fight...Xylar the Timeless and get Vex at the end. Boom. A meme becomes reality and everyone who can get Vex would get it instead of playing wheel of misfortune.

2 通の返信All planned. Grind the hamster wheel. You've got 6 months until next dlc. Same old tricks. Game dying it needed the grind to pad numbers up. Eyes up guardian! That wheel keeps on turning. Keep running with eyes up on the wheel.

Their rng is trash and they know it. They keep it like that so you keep gri ding it over and over again. Your friend who barely plays got it so in Hope's that he too will start grinding for other things like eyes.

4 通の返信For real! What happened to bungies escalating chances for raid drops?! You should be guaranteed after 5-10 raids

I’m there with you man we put the MYTH in mythoclast because that gun absolutely does not exist for the both of us. Honestly at this point my only chance of getting vex mytho and eyes of tomorrow is when they add it to the kiosk 3- 5 years from now when they’ve been Nerfed and neutered to high hell. My luck has never been good and I don’t expect that to ever change after 7 years of being shat on by Destiny RNG. We don’t get to control the cards we’re dealt we just accept it for what it is, get handed our never ending L and keep it moving. Is it depressing? , kinda, maybe but just do what I do just go after the loot you know is guaranteed from quests and let everything else just fall in place whether that takes 1 clear or 1000. That’s how life works anyways. That s*** ain’t fair half the time but you just gotta keep it moving bud.

Game has a desire sensor. If you keep throwing all three characters at it every week, you don’t need to be rewarded. Quit playing the game for about two weeks, when you come back, the third enemy you kill will drop an Exotic engram.

2 of my Clanmates and myself have all 50 and more Clears in Normal and Hardmode! Still no Vex! This become really boring and annoying I’m near to quite Destiny for this reason! I love the game and I have more then 7000 hours playing on Destiny but this becomes so frustrating now! RNG is ok when you can Farm the gun more then 3 Times a Week! Pls Bungie fix the droprate for the guns in Raids or do something other!

Ignore the mouthbreathers who have inflated egos just because RNJesus smiled upon them, they're far too biased to be taken seriously. Season of Arrivals had the right idea when it came to raid drops since they were being vaulted. The only reason anyone is touchy about Vex Mythoclast specifically is because of nostalgia surrounding VoG, and even Bungie clearly knew that the RNG sucked because Touch of Malice and Outbreak Prime, while requiring raid playthroughs, were not RNG drops upon completion. The quests for both of these were far more interesting than just running through every week on autopilot once you know how the raid works and waiting for numbers to roll. Hell, even Mythoclast was more fun to get back in D1 than it is in D2 because at least then you had to do the raid on hard mode. I don't understand why they didn't just stick with the involved and lengthy quests after they went that route again with Divinity. They can make them as complicated and involved as they want, doing that would be far more fulfilling than hoping for random numbers to bless you. The type of quests that ToM and Outbreak had should be the method moving forward, although I highly doubt it will be. If nothing else, at the very least, remove the weekly cap. I'm saying this as someone who got 1K Voices on my first clear as well, I was with friends who had done the raid dozens of times who still hadn't gotten it and I felt bad (or as bad I could feel through the pleasure of having it drop lol). It took me a lot of clears in Scourge and Crown during Arrivals to get Tarrabah and Anarchy as well, but at least then you could farm them, and with bad luck protection. I got Eyes after about 20 clears or so, and even then I felt no vindication for all the time I spent playing through DSC, because it just felt like my time meant nothing.

What I’m pretty sure people don’t understand is that nobody is asking for Vex (and other raid exotics) to just be handed out on a silver platter. The issue is that you can’t even farm the damn thing. If you’re even vaguely unlucky, it could mean literal months of waiting just because you can only run it three times a week. 3 times isn’t -blam!- for something that already has a pretty low drop rate.
