Hi there. You can only get new items once per week per class and repeat runs will drop only what you’ve already obtained.
If your first completion on a character was before the fix to the weapon drops, then you’ll have to wait until next week or use a character that hasn’t completed the dungeon this week.

On the contrary. I’ve run the dungeon on my warlock close to half a dozen times and got different items almost every time. The loot drops are very inconsistent, and I actually find that to be more upsetting than just getting armor, because I end up wasting more time praying for the right thing to drop.

That’s because you’ve done the dungeon many times before this season. You can repeat the dungeon to get more of the same loot you’ve already obtained/different rolls, but won’t get new gear after the first run.

I don’t believe that’s how it works. New week, means new weekly lock out on loot you’ve earned though previous runs of that same week. I’ve played it once, earned a few of the new weapons, then continued to have different items/ weapons drop from the same encounters after my first run.
