I feel like that would hurt the fun pve interactions too much. The main issue as far as I see it is the amount of super energy you can get. Otherwise what you're doing with it is just a for fun thing. Not a competitively strong thing.
Like Cammy dropped a video bullying with the legs and in a vast majority of those clips he could've just killed them instead of just dodging around.
I'd rather they tackle the super energy regen first and then look to see if any other adjustments need to happen.

Oh I agree dynamo is dumb. I think getting ability energy can be fine outside those instances. But super energy shouldn't be easy to obtain. Like I'm sure the outrage of rdr wouldn't be nearly as bad if Bungie hadn't nerfed all other exotics that give super energy. Still, preferably I'd like to keep the extra effects for successive dodges otherwise I can't think of much use for them in pve.

You make a fair point, but the biggest worry is that that -in PvP, you can roll spam for the easiest freeze of your life -in PvE, you can practically invisi-roll through a whole Gauntlet of enemies without getting shot. So it has a lot of problematic issues.

Well for the freeze thing yeah, you can spam roll in pvp for it. But it's not like that alone will consistently get you to freeze someone. You'd have to pair it with a dusk nade or a shuriken, something to aid you in the freeze to get it consistently (and I say this as someone who watched cammies video he dropped today.) As for pve goes... Well I'm not sure the infinite invis is really a problem. Like yeah, you can shut the enemies ability to shoot you off. But you're not gaining much in return for that since all effects you gain while being invisible aren't great. At worst you're just extending how long till you die. At best you're just making an engagement last way longer than it needs to be. I do think once witch queen drops it could be a potential issue because you can easily do something like dodge for true sight and melee debuffing. But the devs also have some rework in the pipeline either for wq or shortly after release of it where you need more proactive methods for ability regen. So who knows.
