I mean windows 7 went EOL on 01/2020, so you cant expect companies to keep supporting it.

We can. Simply because Win 7 is still in the Sys Reqs. If they‘ve removed it prior to the Season Start (and announced that accordingly), it wouldve been ok. But no warning upfront, no change in Sys Req means that we can rant now that we are completely unable to play!

But you're missing the point ..if they've claimed Windows 7 works for the game, and it has up until this past update, inside of their gameplay requirement information, then it must work for Windows 7.. and they must honor it..you cannot false advertise things or information..

We can expect them to support the specs they choose to list in marketing material for at least a reasonable grace period after they change them, at an absolute minimum. Anything less is false advertising.

They can’t cut off paid players suddenly just like that. -blam!- a new copy if win 10 cost $200 U.S. where the hell am I gonna get that kind of money from? Some of us are dirt poor you know. They gave us 6 months to save money for the upcoming witchqueenndlc which is $60 give us 2 years to save $200 for a new O.S upgrade.

Uh. They are legit. They purchase keys in bulk. But what ever excuse you want , just doing complain with companies stop supporting a os that old. Literally that’s a step above VISTA. I guess you don’t care about your cyber security either lol.

I had to purchase 3 seperate keys before one actually worked and all in all spent around 90 bucks so that i could dual boot win 10 and play the game... also the perfomance on win 10 is NOTICEABLY worse than it was on win 7, like it's constantly just using 5- 40% of my cpu in the background after i optimized it and it was only ever like 1-2% background usage in win 7. that alone makes me regret installing this OS nevermind all the programs i use for work that dont run on win 10

To play destiny on low with all screen effects, Hbao, chroma filter, etc and Smaa. I had to really optimize, even disabling mic input and lowering sound quality to lowest.
