I pre ordered the Collectors edition and I have not received the pre order in game items. Master Rahaul has no prompt, they are not showing in my collections and I’ve logged out and in again, restarted the ps5 and the game. Anyone know what I should be doing or if it’s Bungie?

To make matters worse, I've noted parts of Bungie.net still not functioning properly since the 2021 Showcase. Has anybody else here tried to micromanage 20 million pre-orders?! Codes for ingame items are likely generated randomly for every order, so it makes sense this could be a feature affected by the buggy launch. Bungie may yet post an advisory before the next TWAB.

I'm having the same issue. Purchased the Collector's Edition for Steam on the Bungie Store website, haven't received any emails with pre-order bonuses. My Bungie account is linked to my store account. I've contacted support and they referred me to the FAQs. I've reviewed the FAQs regarding the CE and it didn't resolve my issue. I have a ticket open with Bungie support.

10 通の返信I also bought the Collectors edition through the bungie store. However I believe all the PS4/PS5 codes come included inside the Collectors edition box. :/ so lame IMO
