Program can't start due to mysterious missing file (win7, 8, 10)
Getting this error after battleye starts
Windows 7
This has been reported on Windows 8 and 10 as well.
Reinstalls haven't helped, replacing dll hasn't worked, reportedly upgrading to Windows 10 has had some success but also some failures.
Patience is required, but silence isn't

Our issue made it to the top of the issue list in todays TWAB, so we have some progress, however shallow it may be.

ax111999000により編集済み: 8/24/2021 11:26:21 PMsame. Win 7, destiny requires api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll . redownloading didnt help, had to add the file myself into the battleeye folder. But after i added it, more problems. now says a file literally named just "." is missing. Edit: it isnt a dot file. it's literally missing nothing but throwing off an error because it isnt there.

4 通の返信I'm also experiencing this issue, tried manually reinstalling battle eye because the destiny help Twitter said to try it, still didn't work, verified my files 100% still getting this error saying blank is missing from the computer.

I have been struggling with this problem for several hours, but I ran into Windows 10, and did not find a way to fix it, I paid money and wanted to welcome the new season with hugs, but the bungie, as always, ruined my mood, the game does not start completely, I hope soon they will fix both 7 and 10 windows :|

1 返信Getting the same blank .exe error. Say's something is missing and to reinstall the game. I verified my game files in steam and is still getting the issue.

i have same problem with a message with title Destiny2.exe error system Details messages are: Impossible to launche the program because its missing in the computer. Try to reinstall the program to fix the problem ----> Done, nothing solved

Same Error. Please recognize this issue bungie. I expected win 7 support would be dropped eventually but I can't imagine it would happen without an announcement. I would be thoroughly disappointed to hear we simply can't access the game or season (content we paid for) so suddenly and without warning.
