Ignoring the one which I think most will go for anyway (Opulence) I'd say either Arrivals or Dawn. The above 3 all have something in common for me: Clear and easy methods to target-farm loot Having said that, I've been really engaged with the story ever since Arrivals and as long as there's new weapons and perks to chase, I'll generally find something to enjoy about the season.

Shocker result. Opulence was clearly great, we don't need a poll for that. It's just that quality content left with activision when they ditched bungie. Now we get public event variations as season content with a fortnite chore list on top.

I say Forge, but only because I love that raid. As a complete season, actually this Splicer was probably my favorite so far. I actually believe this might have been the best seasonal content we have had.

2 通の返信Season Of Dawn for sure because it was my first season I went through. Sadly i didn't do any of the story missions since I didn't know how Destiny worked since I was new to the game. Best weapons and best armor I have seen in the game so far.

1 返信Arrivals was amazing IMO. The Umbral system was at its best, the seasonal activity was decently fun, and could be done pretty quickly with the dupe glitch. Also, the new weapons were very powerful, and fun to use with swords actually becoming viable (now beginning to fade into obscurity again), and funnily enough the threat of the DCV convinced most of my friends to rejoin the game. I ran all the raids I had been putting off, grinder for all the exotics and cleared every raid with my same 5 friends and me. I was season rank in the 200s without any serious bounty farming because I had just been playing that much. I did all the exotic quests and catalyst quests I’d put off. I’d taken about a 6 month break, and had a ton of content to catch up on. Plus, the story hook of the darkness actually becoming a threat got me excited about the upcoming expansion…then BL happened and that came tumbling down. Stasis broke the crucible, everything story wise was exceptionally mediocre, we barely got any in-game story (lore cards don’t count), and no actually “darkness” threat. Just more vague hints and ideas. Now, with WC 5 months away and just a few short days for the new season to launch with not even a trailer in sight, not to mention a ton of nerfs to some of my favorite builds and equipment (RIP Warmind cell builds, Anarchy, Xeno, and everything that was nerfed in the past), and no new mention of a new raid (basically the only content i truly enjoy at this point) I think me and D2 are about to have a nice long split from each other.

Season of Arrivals. The umbral engram system was cool and was implemented best during season of arrivals. The loot was also my favorite. Falling Guillotine, Witherhord, and the reintroduced ikelos weapons were by far the best loot. The dungeon seems good and will be even better next season do the trials of the nine loot which was really good but will be even better. Persecutor will be the best 450 ar hands down. the contact activity was good and not to terribly difficult. Most champions died quickly do to falling guillotine just absolutely melting them. Plus we had oppressive darkness. I also liked that werid seal noise that the activity made sometimes when a champion spawned. I thought it was funny and werid and I loved it. The power level umbral engram glitch helped me get into destiny 2 again. I was always underlight but now I could play the content and I actually hit the pinnacle cap and maxed out my season pass for the first time.

Season of Arrivals for me. The weapons are still used today in many events. Season of opulence was also good for content, but the weapons were OK nothing special. I don't hold much hope for Season of the Lost. With the new nerfs and mods coming with unlimited primary ammo options, will change the game for better or worse. Time will tell. As far as a DLC is concerned nothing was as good as Forsaken and never will be. IMHO

2 通の返信My favorite is Season of Aksis because that's the year the game was in a really good spot, best year of Destiny overall. My next favorite is Season of Oryx. I know they are not D2. Because there are none in D2. It's like Season of the Dead.

ShadowWing48により編集済み: 8/22/2021 3:26:38 AMThats a tough one, Forge and Dawn were both pretty solid. I'd tie em for first favorite. Next I'd probably have to tie Season of Opulence and Season of Arrivals. From there in a pretty clear descending order its, Splicer, Chosen, Drifter, Worthy, Hunt, and then Undying. Edit: Forgot S6, Drifter.

Jai_Exにより編集済み: 8/22/2021 8:20:34 AMForge, opulence and Joker's Wild Forge added great content. Awesome weapons like anarchy, izanagi, and Jötunn, a new raid located in the last city, awesome looking armor, and lost forges. Opulence might not have added as much, but it did add the first 6 man activity in PvP that wasn't a raid, and that was totally awesome. It added an exotic quest that allowed us to travel into the ascendant plane. Although it wasn't really hard, it was sort of interesting. Jokers wild added the least amount of stuff to the game. It did however add the reckoning and Gambit prime. It also gave us a little bit of an understanding as to who the drifter was, and what he had to do with the nine. So in short Forge added the most content, Gambit added quite a bit of lore, and opulence added a game changing activity. Every season and expansion has it's flaws, but each of them have something that could make the game better as a whole today. Recently though, I've been having doubts that bungie will figure it out. I'm not antagonizing them, but since shadowkeep, every season that they've been releasing has been more and more of a letdown.
