Hi there. It's probably a bug with the API not showing your Steam account as the Active characters currently. Please see [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031-Contact-Form-Cross-Save-Issues]this article[/url] and follow the instructions for submitting a request for your active character account to be switched from Steam to Playstation or Xbox.
