Good point, I got the 1k voices after two tries and I never touched that raid again. I don’t think I would be doing VOG if I’ve gotten the vex earlier. Same goes with the divinity, did it once to get it, got it and haven’t even touched that raid since.

There are people who have had more lootable clears than myself and still havent got it. I dont think anyone wanna do the raid every week for 3 years to get a vex mythoclast

Grinding for gear is fine, except when a new/returning player gets the item first time. This irritates players that play regularly. Further, no one have to grind more than 30-40 clears to get an item that is only available in one spot.

You are talking apples to oranges. An exotic with static roll is not the same thing as a weapon with random rolls. Further, the weapon drops once per character a week. Trials weapons can be run weekly. Now I will agree that there should be a way to limit or enhance the type of roll you do/don't want.

yeah, exotics are static roll, meaning once you get the exotic youd never want any more of it in your life, which is why it takes so many tries, remember how fun and rare was it to get forsaken exotics drop ? you knew you wouldnt get it but if it dropped youd annihilate lobbies with a press of a single button, thats how powerful and rare exotics should be, the best of the best and the rarest in the game, not like this where you get drops like candies, and besides its just 40 runs its not hard to do lol, its a grind, this game is about grinding you should have to spend months to get weapons like this

Hard, no. Complete waste of a players time when someone that just started or came back from a hiatus gets it on the first run. RNG is fine and I never indicated that I want it on the first or second run, just in a fair amount of my time. As far as forsaken weapons, what?
