STOP NERFING OUR PvE GEAR
Warmind Cells is one thing but Bubble, Well, Ursa Banner Shield, and Phoenix Protocol like WTF!? This is too much not everyone is a Destiny youtuber who can just find ways to beat a GM with a stick and 2 rocks we kinda need equipment Bungie

Most of the other exotics are trash for endgame. Maybe buff those rather than making good exotics weaker. I know they’re buffing some stuff but still … can’t see myself running around with Gemini Jesters in a GM. 2. Most people desperately need those exotics to even have a shot in a Master NF or Legendary Lost Sector. I know this community can be elitist af and I think it’s disgusting to inflict the consequences of that elitism on such a large part of the community. 3. YouTubers and streamers in general are not the standard player and if they find a GM boring, then idgaf about it. You can’t make these things so hard that a professional full-time player finds them challenging because this game is a hobby and people can’t play 24/7. Just the reality. 4. Feeling powerful as a guardian is apparently not a thing. I’m not an expert on lore but I feel like guardians should be powerful with regard to their specific strengths and abilities. The truth is just that everything gets nerfed into the ground and everything becomes tedious again. Much like the whole power level grind. Everything in the game is designed to get more play time out of you. As a conclusion, I think there will be new exotics and a new meta and it’s gonna be the same as now, just different. And then that stuff will get nerfed, after people have spent money on the cosmetics, of course. Are you noticing a pattern here? Good for you.

1 返信If you really need a well or bubble to beat a gm, you’re just not good enough to do them… Ursa i can see be used in a lfg gm with no mics, but with a good team and mics you don’t have to use them to beat them…

1 返信Yes you are right. This is a fantasy game and nerfing stuff makes me feel less powerful. I play video games for entertainment and hence want to experience things which I can't in real life. Just like watching superhero movie. Bit seems like this game is now geared for people whose life depends on playing this game. For them, this is not a fantasy, it's their day job. To be challenged and having a realistic experience makes their job more meaningful. I, too, would love my job to be more challenging. I would never want my entertainment to be nerfed.

I feel you on this. Making us weaker and not buffing anything to make it usable. Then on top of that they make us have specific loadouts that takes away any customization which forces you into using a fewer viable options. GM's, Nightfall, story strikes, and strike playlist are all practically the same activities except they just scale with 3 enemy types, on top of match game, annoying one shotting enemies the higher you scale up, and other annoying modifiers. If you are just going to keep artificially buffing the A.I. by nerfing us, at least don't limit us to specific weapons and abilities.

Hi, you must be new to this franchise and Bungie's great love of nerfing any and all fun you can ever have. No amount of complaining will get them to reverse their decisions. Their vision of this game is to have every piece of outdated armor and weapon be viable in each and every scenario. They comb over game data to see the most used piece of gear and nerf the shit out of it to the point where it's no longer fun to use. They have been doing this since they nerfed gjallarhorn in D1. In the past they said that they will balance gear between pve and pvp but you can see they went back on their word in the "DIS WEEK AT BUGNIEEEEEEEEE" update. Once you realize that you will never have a power fantasy in this game the sooner you can move on and play a better game that not only respects your time but allows you to have fun too.

You should know by now after 7 years of this that anything that is worth using in this game has a very high chance of getting hit. it's just a matter of when and if they decide too. Nothing is safe in this game when it comes to Bungie and what they think is "OP". I mean they did say it was 🤷♂️

1 返信Will never understand why anything in pve needs a nerf when the game is a power fantasy. People will complain that it’s too easy to beat bosses and ads and they get annoyed by people who do it but that can be resolved by getting a group of like minded people together instead of playing with ransoms. It’s fun to be able to yeet or melt a boss especially as grind heavy as destiny is. Not everyone wants to spend 20 mins go an hour in an activity.

13 通の返信Im more upset about the double scavenger nerf in pve. Something that didnt needed to be adressed. This nerf is probably tied to pvp, even tough 1 scavenger will still allow a pvp spam so this change will just be harmfull for everybody.

So because you’re bad at the game you want crutches? I’m not throwing shade I get everyone invests different amounts of time and energy into a leisure activity but they gave us reason to use more stats on our gear, opened the door for more exotics to come into use and barely nerfed these things. Think about it, in a gm youre able to pick up orbs off a teammates super who gets it half back. You can still gain supers easily but now it isn’t so instant everything else is pointless.

They have been doing this crap since day 1, I just got use to it by now, no point in even trying. BUT I will say sometimes good comes out of the meta shift , take for instants the fallen star Chest piece exotic for the titan , no on ever thought missile titan would become OP! I remember it wasn’t even an option when it first came out . I agree meta shift should happen even once in a while . We might see nova warp or arc strider become on the same level , who knows .
