Without the aspect it can't kill making it useless altogether which alot of people would like. The nerf should have been it needs a melee charge to activate not less damage to non frozen targets. Its should cost 2 resources since it would be pretty stupid to make it deal self damage like some morons proposed. They should choose between withering blade and shatterdive remove the cooldown and just make it cost but then the titan now becomes an issue and people will just complain about that.
