Won't Load On Xbox Series X After 7/29 Patch

I have played D2 a few days this week, including Friday the 30th, which is the day that I applied the 7/29 patch. On Saturday every time I attempted to launch the game I would press the "A" button and then it would give me "Connecting" in the bottom right corner as it normally does. However, it would never load me into the game. It was stuck on the "Connecting" portion and never gave me the "Signing-in", "Verifying Content", etc. Was never able to make it to the character select screen. I tried throughout the day without success. Other games such as Apex and Halo worked just fine. I checked network settings and everything was fine. I reset the alternate MAC address as I read that may have been an issue in the past. After all the troubleshooting nothing worked so I deleted the game and re-downloaded it overnight. I logged in this afternoon, Sunday the 1st, and was able to play for a couple hours with no issue. I am now trying to login again this evening and I am getting the same problem. It says "Connecting" and doesn't advance. I have been playing D2 on the Series X for about four months now with no problems until now and other games are working just fine so I do not believe it is the hardware. As I will not delete the game and re-download it every day I was hoping someone may be able to give me an idea of what may be causing the issue or point me to some other troubleshooting steps.
