Sometimes if you are in a darkness zone behind them, you can kill yourself and it'll pull them back. Quite funny. 4. This is the best option personally, report them for unsportsmanlike conduct and leave. Apparently some people dislike the 4th one... Read bungies code of conduct and you'll see they have none for unsportsmanlike conduct. What I mean is reporting people on whatever platform you are on, and to the people who have boldly said you were reporting me... 1. If its on bungie.net. It wont do anything as the moderators and enforcement team will clearly see it. 2. If its on whatever platform, that's a false reporting and that is punishable by itself. I suggest you think before you get upset

5 通の返信They're just desperate for reward drops that they'll continue to never use because they're busy trying to clear content as quickly as possible. You can't really stop them, but you don't have to revive them when they inevitably die. These players often believe they're better than they actually are and will get themselves killed. If you're lucky and this happens in a "darkness zone", just dance on their Ghost until you're killed too and start the encounter over again. That's being really spiteful of course, but as they love to say: you can't tell me how to play.

4 通の返信Funny thing is I always speed run strikes and I end up getting the most kills. At that point, soeedrunners aren’t even the problem. It’s you. Catch up and kill shit faster

3 通の返信If your just doing the bounties dont go in matchmaking. Go to lake of shadows and when you spawn in do the lost sector right next to you over and over. Your trying to do bounties but others might be doing the pinnacle drop so they are wanting to get 3 runs done as fast as possible.

1 返信Stasis fragments were worse. Having to basically compete against your teammates for stasis/rifle kills wasn’t fun.

Nah friend. People go in and get the loot then hurry to finish because its the same damn thing over and over. Ai do the same thing. Spawn the same place. Die the same way. Nothing about pve is interactive so ppl go in and get out. Boom. Solved your confusion.

4 通の返信This thread got really dumb. Some speedrunners saying they just do it for the pinnacle, which yeah, perfectly fine. I respect that, and the tone in which they conveyed that. But other keyboard morons getting super defensive and slinging personal insults or getting pathetically aggressive, like me and others are attacking them personally. I made the post because twice in a row me and another blueberry were clearly enjoying the strike and working as a team, but got pulled across the map and had enemies despawn while shooting. Both times we had two or three times the kills. The two speed-runners had about 30-40 by the end. Bad players. Bad teammates. I'm just saying, be considerate of your team in a team activity. I like to enjoy the experience, turn around and have a look at the guardians I play with, and unless they're being ridiculous, I like to stick together to an extent. My speed of play is not the issue, nor is the number of ads I kill. A strike takes 10 minutes. I'd rather enjoy 10 minutes, than not enjoy 7 mins. If you got personally offended, I mean, sorry I guess, but jesus, chill out. Don't take your self-worth from a video game and maybe you won't be so offended by a throwaway post.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything when I say this, but since it takes 3 strikes to get a pinnacle there should be no reason not to be able to complete bounties in 3 strikes, speed running or not. If you're having difficulty completing bounties by the end of the 3rd strike then it's plausible that the problem isn't the speed runners... here's what I mean; By now we know all the strikes by heart so we also know exactly where and when the enemies are gonna spawn. Try to be arriving to those locations around the same time as the front man to get your kills, because as they say "he who falls behind is left behind" Loadout accordingly! Most strikes are red bar ad heavy so equipping weapons with super low TTK or weapons specifically designed to kill multiple targets with one shot are a godsend. Trinity ghoul, jotunn, witherhoard, sweet business and weapons with dragonfly are perfect examples of ad clearing weapons that will guarantee you a decent kill count. My usual load out for strikes is vorpal auto rifle, trinity ghoul and temptations hook and I've yet to be at the bottom of any kill count per fire team.
