Sound like too much work and really annoying, This is how it should work: Just before you enter a patrol zone where a difficulty selection is usually is you can select PvP on or PvP off
So you can go into a patrol zone where you could fight or go to a zone to farm mats, bounties and lost sectors
With a system like this you can enjoy yourself without players spamming dueling requests 😒

Well in wowc you have to go right up to a player to request a duel but i do take your phont about big time pvp people wood spamm you my have it you cant request a duel form a player who has turned down a duel request tell the next day

Im saying the duels pop up only in the inspect player menu not as an alert but knowing bungie they would make it an alert, this would be fun aswell but theyd have to add more spawns because i could see people just farming the drop location
