Hi,
Just curious. Do the citizens have access to advanced medical technology, in the Last City? I figured some Golden Age tech would be present somewhere, medical technology being one of them.

Stay with me here Guardian Organ Donors 1. Cut open a (un)willing Lightbearer and harvest all organs that can be donated. 2. Ghost rezzes them and they get all their organs back. 3. Repeat. 4. ??? 5. PROFIT!!!!!!!!!!!! All medical crises can be averted if this can be capitalized upon.

According to the lore, advancements in technology allowed for people's longevity to extend for hundreds of years which led to the Golden Age, so I would take that as life threatening diseases were cured, along with everything else that comes with old age (incontinence, vision/hearing failure).

One has a qoute that says, training all my life/years for the opportunity to save someone and put my skills to use, only to see a Guardian get blown up and be put back together as if it was a mere scratch. ^ This is absolutely from my own recollection of the text but ill try and find the original lore qoutation, i just dont know whether it was on a sparrow or ship. Prepare for an edit. Edit: Okay, found it, it was a Sparrow named M3-D1 Angelos. The qoute is (i was somewhat close to it):
"I've spent years studying, just for a shot at saving someone—at keeping them alive. Then you watch a Guardian get blown up and put back together without missing a word in their sentence." —Unknown Last City medical responder.
I wonder if guardians can heal non guardians, since they can already heal each other

Our guardians have the best healthcare: Resurrection! Normal folks will never be happy with whatever they get when they compare to our perks... so why bother 🤷♂️

Well they would but Eris keeps droning on about the hive, Zavala is still worried about the war with the cabal on Mars, and ikora is being audited by the IRS for the two nova bombs she threw back to back with no helmet on so all the money is going towards that.

Destiny is set in a dystopian future where even health and hygiene is none-existent if you are not high ranking officers of the vanguard where they get the best but as for citizens probably not where living conditions are poor and live of rations per week just like in the first and second world war whilst high ranking generals had it large.
