There are many campaigns and things in the Destiny Content Vault that I think I would enjoy, but I came late to the party. Even if we can't access everything, maybe add a DLC that lets you play the campaigns. Maybe you can't access old weaponry and items from anywhere but there, but that would still be loads more stuff to do and explore.

Problem is functionally no one played what was vaulted and that was part of basis for removing it to make updates and loading more efficient. Now if they kept it somewhere that means there’s now a fork in codebase that has to be updated and maintained separately or even combined back together later when people inevitably break stuff. It would be a mess to do what you are asking logistically even if it sounds simple.

1 返信What Bungie should do is bring one random activity out of the vault each week. Every Tuesday one activity will be vaulted and a new activity will be unvaulted.

They removed as it wasn't getting much attention. I'd rather have more storage space than pointless content which offers nothing. Now they could rework raids and strikes and put them into the playlist. As for story missions? They would need be very rewarding.

That completely negates the entire point of the vault. They took it out because it was poorly optimized, terribly coded, and was making the game so much slower than it should have been. They took it out, stating they would re-implement it when they could do so without it causing more problems, or restoring the old problems that came from it. They're working to fix it over time so they can put it back in without messing the game up again. If they make it playable, that's no different than just putting it back in the game as is, and completely ignores the entire point of what they did.

11 通の返信So every Tuesday I would need to download a huge file so you and 4 other cats could play in areas that had low player usage b4? NO

11 通の返信That would defeat the whole purpose of why they created the vault in the first place. To save space. Making the vault playable would negate its whole purpose.
