Yea cause god forbid everyone gets access to the same weapon that puts them on the same level as everyone else.
Or did you forget that’s what you wanted out of this game to begin with after forsaken dropped.
Random rolls. Everyone not having this same weapon. Make the game harder to balance. Fair means getting kicked in then you consoling on the forums about it.
The list goes on.
If they up the drop rate that means more people will have which mean eventually the weapon becomes less special which mean you won’t like it when everyone has the same weapon.
I can keep going with this one all day.

It’s about everyone having the same weapons. Radom rolls makes sure not everyone has the same weapon weapon. If vex mythocast was just handed out like candy would that no devalue the weapon cause everyone has it. Read between the lines instead of picking out one thing.

Jericho_Wolf99により編集済み: 7/1/2021 9:11:21 AMK just wanted to know. I don’t have much as a response cause I’m use to the argument of destiny 1 play style where you had to have good rolls or whatever instead of every weapon being close to the same and could be balanced easier. Destiny 2 vanilla it wasn’t perfect but it was as close to balance as the game could get from a fresh start. Remove mida multi crutch and the game would have been closer to perfect but it’s my opinion on the matter. But as it stands now even before I left before season of unworthy dropped. After forsaken destiny 2 felt like destiny 1 all over again. A shotgun was a must have for raid. Whisper of the worms aka black spindle was a must have and no substitutes allowed and the list goes on. Crucible you either played the meta which was one tap no skill weapons and abilities or your didn’t play. You have to have these perks for the best dps and blah blah blah. For me destiny 2 vanilla was the fresh air the game needed. It wasn’t perfect and could have been worked on throughout the games life cycle but I’m the end destiny 1.5 at this point. So take it as you will.

I understand what you mean. Same guns for everyone for me wasn't working in destiny as other pvp centric games were much better (less crutch weapons maybe?) So I just moved on. Raids were OK due to being fresh and different but got toxic like d1 gally days and I saw clans getting toxic and useless back then. Not to mention the mass exodus of players since launch and other games bleeding destiny players was also a major factor. For guns, I don't think bungie got it right as they are either too far left or too far right and screw majority in the middle. As far as RNG and good rolls are concerned, the sunsetting drama killed a lot of hopes. Now new recycling is the rage and hype so I am not sure how long it will last before the next mass exodus. I used to play pvp more in d1 but d2 pvp is broken and raids are just getting bit boring as the guns are either non existent or nerfed so badly that they seem like a waste of time (eyes of tomorrow).
