Prismatic Recaster can't claim focused umbral engram after objective is completed
I have been completing the objectives to focus Umbral Engrams but I ran into a problem of not being able to claim them after completing. I looked through the other forums and never found an answer. Would appreciate any help on how to fix this. I provided an image link to show what it looks like on my screen. I have tried already looking for a triumph to claim and have also tried loading another character to see if I could claim it. Open to any suggestions, it seems to only be effecting Season of the Chosen engrams for now.

It requires you to have unlocked all items available in the engram in your collections. Which unfortunately the season pass from season of the chosen was the only way to add it to your loot pool. Bungie needs to forcibly add these weapons to the loot pool, otherwise we have no chance of completing all the old content that they promised would still be available this season..
