Indeed. I'd love to be able to pop Chaos Reach and whip it all over the map 360° like a crack head.
On console, you pop Chaos reach and you move that thing like you're trudging through 5ft of mud and goop even on 10 sensitivity. So depressing.
But you get Chaos like 6 times a game, and it still goes through walls. It's fine.
Right now console players can bait it out if the enemy isn’t paying attention. Gonna be hard to do when they up the sensitivity. Hopefully they nerf chaos reach first.
What more needs to be done besides the wall clipping? I've heard talks of removing the "Topping Off" perk from Geomags but that's about it.
You get 20% of your super from geomags and then 30% for canceling. That’s half your super regen cut off. With 100 intellect, this lets you get your super at round 2 of trials and then keep getting it every round after. Being able to get any super every >1 min 54 seconds without getting any kills is OP.

Sounds like people are just playing super passive in Trials if you let the Chaos Reach dude just sit back and build super without needing to get any kills every round. Even if you cancel and run the last bit, it would still take almost 1.5-2 mins to build an AFK super with 100 int.

I used to not think 3 peeking was that big a deal, but now I see people doing it everywhere. Rumble, Control heck even in Mayhem... like what the heck? I can understand why you'd want to in Trials, especially on PC because of cheaters but in quick play? 🤦 Oh well. Bungie said they were going to address it next season so we shall see if that fixes anything. (Probably not)

Even if you’re not stalling, you still get your super back in under 2 min.

Topping off is only half the issue. You still get ionic traces from kills, which give super energy and Chaos Reach itself has the "conserve super energy" perk by turning it off early. So you will still get multiple supers, you just cant sprint that last 10%
